PT. Amanah Prima Indonesia,
didirikan pada tahun 2002 dan mulai beroperasi tahun 2003 dengan pabrik yang berlokasi di Bitung-Tangerang. Pabrik ini menempati lahan seluas 2900 m2.
Tahun 2003 s/d 2005 PT. Amanah Prima Indonesia mengkhususkan memproduksi Juice buah-buahan untuk pasar HORECA dengan merek TOZA.
Tahun 2006 PT. Amanah Prima Indonesia mulai melakukan kemitraan dengan petani buah lokal untuk dapat menggunakan hasil panen mereka sebagai bahan baku.
Pada tahun yang sama PT. Amanah Prima Indonesia mulai
memasuki pasaran
Airlines dan
Amusement Center dengan kemasan 330 ml.
Tahun 2007 s/d 2008 PT. Amanah Prima Indonesia melakukan peningkatan proses produksi dengan menerapkan system HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) dan GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice).
